About Me

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Supervisor, and a Senior Lecturer for Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training in Plymouth. I am an EFT Practitioner, a Yoga Teacher, and the Owner/Proprietor of the Observatory Practice in Plymouth city centre.

I offer in person appointments, or online sessions in Hypnotherapy – please get in touch for a FREE Initial Consultation. EFT sessions can be in person, online or via phone. 

As a Hatha Yoga Teacher and I love making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of ability (or flexibility!). Yoga classes are for all abilities, and include pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditations/relaxation. I offer group classes, or one-to-one sessions. Please get in touch to find out more. 

Qualifications and Background

I completed my hypnotherapy training and graduated in January 2015 with the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), a prestigious qualification awarded by NCFE and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I completed the SF Supervision for Hypnotherapy Diploma course (Level 5) in 2018, and now offer supervision for qualified therapy practitioners.

I am an Accredited Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBfMP), and the National Board for Hypnotherapy (NBH). I am fully insured, and enhanced DBS checked, and I undertake regular CPD and Supervision.

I became an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner with EFTi in March 2024 after having used EFT for 12 years for myself.

I graduated a Yoga Alliance Professionals YTT200 course with the Academy for Yoga Training in 2024.
