Join us for a restful Relaxation Class and let your stress and worries melt away!
Our blissful Relaxation Classes include:
- mindfulness techniques
- gentle mindful movement
- breathing technique
- guided relaxation
- tips for continuing your relaxation practice
Classes will include sitting on a mat or chair, some gentle movement, and lying on a mat on the floor if you are comfortable to so do.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to the class, including a warmer item for the relaxation/meditation section. You might like to bring your own water bottle/drink. Mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Tutor: Jo Perry – clinical hypnotherapist, lecturer, and supervisor. Jo has nearly ten years of experience in hypnotherapy, and over twenty years of teaching experience. She is also the Proprietor of The Observatory Practice.
