I offer Solution-Focused HYPNOTHERAPY sessions, with a FREE CONSULTATION, which are conducted online or face-to-face in Plymouth. I offer EFT (tapping) sessions in person, online or by phone. REIKI sessions are also available.
I run weekly YOGA CLASSES at The Observatory Practice and online, and a variety of WELLBEING WORKSHOPS and COURSES.
