I offer FREE Initial Consultations in Hypnotherapy which are conducted online or face-to-face in Plymouth. I offer EFT (tapping) sessions in person, online or by phone.
I also offer one-to-one and group yoga classes, and a variety of well-being workshops and courses, as well as the prestigious Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training in Plymouth.
